Welcome to Surfside Tower
All visitors and renters are required to register for a guest parking pass. Parking passes are located on the table in the lobby near the elevators. Once pass has been filled out and completed, visitors should place pass on their dashboard and park in any available parking spot designated as a guest space. Renters who have permission to use the owner designated parking space may do so.
This site is the online source of news, information, and resources for residents of Surfside Tower.

Just a reminder to owners to please clean up any spills on the walkways that may have been accidentally caused. Also a reminder to pet owners to please clean up all pet waste in the dog relief area.

Please meet our wonderful caretakers, Alison and Glenn Waldbart!
Prior to joining us at Surfside, Alison and Glenn were caretakers for 5 properties on Captiva Island and most recently managed a large estate in Virginia. Glenn is originally from Wheaton, IL and Alison from coastal Maine. They raised their daughters in Hendersonville, NC before moving to Captiva. They are very much looking forward to being part of and serving the Surfside community and as an added bonus get to be closer to their grand children who live in the St. Pete area.
